Hi, I’m Jaimie – the heart behind Nostalgia Photography.

I've had a camera in my hand since I was a kid, and I’ve been chasing light and capturing memories ever since. I officially launched Nostalgia Photography in the spring of 2012, and what started as a passion quickly grew into a business I love.

I’m easygoing, fun-loving, and just a little nostalgic (okay—a lot nostalgic). Think 90s TV shows, themed parties, retro video games, and quoting movies at any given moment. I’m a big kid, and honestly, I think that’s part of what makes working with children and families so natural for me.

I’m a professionally trained photographer, a self-taught business owner, currently back in school pursuing my degree in Business Management. I also work full-time from home for a bank—so yes, life is busy and full, but I am grateful.

I live in St Charles County - I have 3 kids - my 14 year old Chloe, and my two boys, Emmett -10 and Alexander -6. My favorite part of this job? It never feels like one. I truly cherish the real, emotional, beautiful moments I get to capture—whether it’s the joy of a wedding, the quiet bond between siblings, or the fleeting sweetness of childhood. I’ve cried at every wedding I’ve photographed, and I’ve fallen in love with more families than I can count.

Watching families grow through the years is the greatest honor, and even better—many clients have become dear friends. That means the world to me.
